Completed Simplicity 3789

I just finished the blouse I was making. YEAH! I am still on track to complete my goal of one garment a month. Here's pictures of the front and back.

Right now I'm working on View F of Simplicity 3789. I'm probably about half-way through this. I have never made this pattern, even though I've had it for years. I'm using a cotton blend shirting fabric from Joann Fabrics (also something that I've had for a couple of years). I'm really trying to make at least one garment a month. My time is running out for April, so I hope to stay motivated.

My first post

Here it goes... I've never blogged before, but I treally want to give it a try. As I said in the info about me, I love to sew and design, but I tend to enjoy making things that are stylish, but relatively easy to make. I guess I just don't have the patience to sit with a project for a long time. I admire those who do. So, I'll add pictures to the blog as I get more comfortable with it, and I'll keep you posted on what I'm working on. This should be interesting...
